How to Place an Order
- Select items In the online shopping catalogue and place into your basket. Once your order is complete, you can go ahead and proceed to order checkout.
- At checkout, you must enter an Official Dealer Order number to confirm the order and accept the order T&Cs.
- Your Order confirmation will confirm the details of your selection: your order value, delivery details, order number details, and Order batch date.
- All Orders will be charged directly to the Dealerships, and orders will be manually added to the dealer purchase target via Stellantis upon receiving the merchandise.
- As soon as your order has been imported, cleared, and is ready for distribution, it will be Shipped using ARAMEX, The Pro Shop Corporate's designated courier service. Free shipment is available for all orders over R2 000.00 ex vat with local dealers—T&Cs Apply.
- Cross Border Orders can utilise our shipping agents, where courier charges will be charged directly to the dealer.
- If an item is OUT OF STOCK and your order cannot be completed, the out-of-stock items will be cancelled. Purchase orders & invoices will be amended and can be re-ordered at a future date. No BACK ORDERS will be kept for incomplete orders.
- All stock ordered is done so on behalf of an official dealer request. No stock returns will be accepted, and no sale or return will be allowed.
- Please Note: Stock Availability is constantly changing. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will let you know the production date directly and adjust accordingly upon your request.
- Prices: The Pro Shop Corporate reserves the right to evaluate pricing and amend prices without prior notice. Prices are based on a spot rate range, and fluctuating exchange rates may negatively affect listed prices. The Pro Shop Corporate will attempt to maintain price stability as far as possible and will only adjust prices if foreign exchange rates exceed the current forecast range.
